The NFL playoffs have the Seattle Seahawks into the Super Bowl after winning against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship game and now they have the chance for a potential repeat in 2015 after winning the title last season following their overtime comeback victory by Russell Wilson against Aaron Rodgers and the Pack.

The Seahawks looked done after the first half, as they were down 16-0 coming into the third quarter, but the team chipped away and ended up winning in overtime. Russell Wilson made an amazing play on a late two point conversion to help set up overtime and the Seahawks ended up winning without ever giving the ball back to the Packers in the extra period. The Seahawks recovered an onside kick and scored a late touchdown before Mason Crosby tied the game to send things to overtime.

The Packers were stunned when the Seahawks took the lead late and they ended up losing the coin toss and that ended things. The Seahawks took a chance and threw deep to Jermaine Kearse and the Packers did not have safety help on the play, putting Kearse in one on one coverage. Kearse made the deep reception and was tackled into the endzone, ending the game. Russell Wilson is simply a winner and he currently has a streak of over 80 games in a row played in that his team has had the lead in a least part of the game, dating back to his days at NC State.

The Seahawks were shut out in the first half of the game and they outscored the Packers 7-0 in the third and 15-6 in the fourth to set things up in overtime. Wilson was having a terrible game, throwing four picks in the matchup and amazingly enough, those interceptions came on passes directed at Kearse. Wilson wasn't afraid to go after Kearse again in overtime and clearly it paid off and now the team gets the chance to play in Super Bowl 50 and to repeat as champions.

Marshawn Lynch had a strong game and he scored a late touchdown to help Seattle get ahead and he was a major factor in the matchup. The Seahawks now matchup with the winner of the Patriots and Colts game and Russell Wilson has the chance to win a second straight Super Bowl. Wilson finished with 209 yards and one touchdown with four interceptions and a rush TD, while Lynch ended up with 157 yards and one score in the championship game.
