The NFL draft for 2015 is coming and rumors have Jameis Winston declaring this week and with the regular season over, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are on the clock and they may target Winston, while the NY Jets also could be in the mix and it comes as names like Amari Cooper, Brett Hundley, Marcus Mariota and Vic Beasley all have been mentioned in mock drafts as top 10 picks.

The Buccaneers are in the market for a new quarterback and reports have the team looking hard at both Mariota and Winston heading into the draft. According to ESPN.com, Winston is announcing his decision and he will forego his final two years to enter the draft early. Winston set records at Florida State and while he has had numerous off the field issues, his on the field legacy is a strong one. Winston passed for nearly 8000 yards over two seasons and he also had 65 touchdowns for the Seminoles.

The Tennessee Titans, Washington Redskins and Jets all could be looking to take quarterbacks and heading into things, Winston, Hundley and Mariota are considered to be the top names. Many in the NFL world see Winston as the better option than Mariota, as he played in a classic offense compared to what Mariota did at Oregon. Winston and Mariota won the last two Heisman trophy awards and they could be the top two picks in the draft.

There is always the chance those players could drop, as Johnny Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater and Blake Bortles all were projected as top picks, with Bortles being the only one who went in the top 10. The other players dropped after months of speculation and research and once Mariota and Winston get picked apart, teams could change their minds, but it appears the Bucs will take a QB. Winston is considered to be pro ready, as he has a big arm and can anticipate throws and defensive coverage.

Winston had 3907 yards and 25 touchdowns this season and while he did not have as good of a season as last year, he took his team into the playoff undefeated. Winston has not lost in the regular season and while some speculated that he could stay in school, it looks like he is declaring. ESPN NFL Draft Insider Mel Kiper Jr. has Winston second behind Marcus Mariota on his Big Board, but other teams may see him as the best option in the draft.

The Raiders likely will not look for a QB after taking Derek Carr last year, while the Jaguars appear happy with Bortles. The Buccaneers had a tough season and both Josh McCown and Mike Glennon struggled and that is why it is likely they take a QB. McCown is an older player, while Glennon was taken by the previous group before Lovie Smith took over. The Giants, Bears and Jets also have top 10 picks and the Jets could also look at taking a QB.
