According to Jim Harbaugh, he has no worries. Over the past few weeks, rumors have been flying regarding the future of the San Francisco 49ers' head coach and his time with the franchise. Yes, Harbaugh has brought a lot of success to San Francisco, but he is reportedly in bad standing with the front office which could mean he is out regardless of what kind of run the 49ers have this season. However, Harbaugh is not worried about what his future holds.

"I really, I don't worry about my future," Harbaugh said, via ESPN.com. "I haven't participated in any of that speculation. I just, I think I have a recessive gene for worrying about my own future. To me, that's not significant. What's significant is we move on without excuse and get it right. Make it right. That's our jobs. I kind of think some of these questions are for your own pleasure."

The speculation heightened after the 49ers lost the Seattle Seahawks on Thanksgiving at home and team CEO Jed York tweeted out an apology to fans regarding the loss and many interpreted it as a subtle dig towards Harbaugh. ESPN's Adam Schefter then reported that Harbaugh was likely going to be traded at the end of this season regardless of the success of San Francisco. Right now, the team is 7-5 while sitting two spots out of the wild card spot that six teams are currently fighting over. If the 49ers can make a run in the last part of the season, they stand a good chance at making the postseason which may or may not save Harbuagh's future. He did get a shining endorsement from quarterback Colin Kaepernick who told the media the coach will be back due to his impressive resume.

For now, the head coach must be concerned about the short-term and not the long-term. The 49ers need to bounce back after the loss to the Seahawks as they prepare to play the winless Oakland Raiders. While it seems unlikely that the 49ers will struggle in that game, injuries could easily play a factor for them.

San Francisco held a rare Monday practice which included Michael Crabtree who injured his knee and ribs in the Seattle loss. However, Carlos Hyde was not present at practice as speculation rises over his injuries. Harbaugh noted that several players were banged up, but right now he did not expect anyone new to miss the game against Oakland.
