The Florida State Seminoles and Florida Gators are playing live on the college football rivalry schedule on Saturday and the game is coming out of halftime and had FSU up 21-16 in the game as they try and finish off the season undefeated and this is huge for the college football playoff and has Jameis Winston coming in looking to lead FSU to a 12-0 record and it's on ESPN and the WatchESPN website at Doak Campbell Stadium.
The Seminoles come in with 11 wins and they are 8-0 in the ACC and while they deserve to be ranked where they are since they are undefeated and the national champs, their schedule is a cake walk. The team can't hold a candle to anyone in the top four and if they win they deserve to be in, but if not they do not and should not be in. Winston had 281 yards passing last week in yet another close win over an unranked team and now they play Florida and Georgia Tech.
The team won over Miami and Boston College and they had beaten Virginia, Louisville and Notre Dame on the schedule before that. Notre Dame was the best win for the team this season and Clemson was the other ranked team along with Louisville and the Seminoles needed overtime to win against the Tigers after Winston had to sit out for once again violating rules. Winston has not had as good of a season as he did last year and he has over 3000 yards passing and 19 TDs this season.
The team plays Georgia Tech next and this comes after the Florida rivalry game and as things stand now, it's Alabama, Florida State, Oregon and Mississippi State and that is a great top four. This is the first college football playoff and if the Seminoles make it through the season undefeated they should be in.
