The Missouri Tigers have a chance to go back to the SEC Championship Game for a second year in row. With Georgia losing to Auburn last week, the Tigers control their own destiny and road to the Georgia Dome. While the team has no chance of getting into the playoffs thanks to an early-season loss to Indiana, the Tigers can win the East, but first they must beat Tennessee on the road.

The Tigers currently rank No. 20 in the College Football Playoff rankings. However, they sit at the top of the SEC East coming off a win over Texas A&M. The Tigers needed 28 points in the third quarter and stop on fourth-and-goal in order to secure the win. They are taking a similar path as last season where they had to win their last four games in order to get into the championship game and they look to keep that up this year as well.

Missouri's offense is excelling at the right time. They are averaging 355.8 yards per game while putting up 587 yards against the Aggies along with another 335 on the ground thanks to Russell Hansborough. Quarterback Maty Mauk threw for 252 yards and hopes to keep the tempo up to beat Tennessee.

Since putting Joshua Dobbs in at quarterback, the Volunteers are winning games and on the verge of becoming bowl eligible. The quarterback has put up 1,079 yards, 790 of those passing, while getting 11 touchdowns, in three games. In a win over South Carolina he threw for 297 yards and three touchdowns having the Volunteers look like a new team.

If Tennessee if going to win, their offensive line must hold up. They are facing a Missouri defense that has an SEC-best 34 sacks on the year. They are holding teams to 340.6 yards of total offense while Shane Ray has a school-record 13 sacks on the season.
