Quarterback Ryan Tannehill #17 of the Miami Dolphins drops back to pass during the first quarter of the game against the Detroit Lions at Ford Field on November 9, 2014 in Detroit, Michigan. The Lions defeated the Dolphins 20-16. "

The fantasy football Week 11 schedule starts up on Thursday with the Bills and Dolphins and some start or sit options include Lamar Miller, Sammy Watkins, Fred Jackson, Ryan Tannehill, Kyle Orton, Bryce Brown, Robert Woods and Anthony Dixon, as some of those players have injuries, while others are poised to step up on TNF for owners.

The Dolphins have some solid players to look at starting and if Lamar Miller is ailing, fantasy owners should start Damien Williams, as he could be the RB1 for the Fins on Thursday. Daniel Thomas fumbled last week and the team likes how Williams handles things and that could get him some extra touches. Miller comes in dealing with a shoulder injury and while he is listed as probable for the matchup, he is a better SIT option since he may not be 100 percent.

Fred Jackson is expected to miss the game on Thursday and that is a big hit for the Bills and fantasy owners after he came back from his groin injury. Jackson has been solid this season with over 500 total yards, but it will be better to SIT him with these questions about his status for either Bryce Brown or Anthony Dixon. Both players are START options, but Brown has the higher upside, although he may not get as many carries after his tough fumble last week.

Even if Miller plays, there is a good chance he will be limited and that could be very frustrating for fantasy owners. Last week against the Lions Miller only had five touches and had his lowest yardage output of the season. Daniel Thomas had five touches in the game and he fumbled, while Williams had twice as many and that could be a sign of things to come. Miller has played well while coming in for Knowshon Moreno and he has 528 yards to lead the team this season and he also is averaging close to five yards per carry.

Williams has great speed and he comes in after getting seven carries last week and adding three catches for over 50 yards of total offense. The Dolphins will be using Williams on Thursday and he is the best option for fantasy owners over Miller if he is out or limited. This season Williams only has 100 yards in nine games on the ground, but he is expected to have more of a workload now. The Dolphins also have Brian Hartline and Mike Wallace, with Wallace being the better START option for Ryan Tannehill.

Sammy Watkins and Jarvis Landry are START options for the Bills and Dolphins, as those two players have been great as rookies and could step up on Thursday. Landry comes in after catching seven of his 10 targets last week and he has been very consistent for the Fins, making 37 catches this season for over 350 yards. Watkins has been one of the best rookies in the league and he has 42 catches for 617 yards this season and five TDs. The Bills will look to get Watkins the ball even with Brent Grimes on him and he could have a big game if he can get loose.
