Rafael Bush #25 of the New Orleans Saints breaks up a pass intended for Kelvin Benjamin #13 of the Carolina Panthers during their game at Bank of America Stadium on October 30, 2014 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Saints won 28-10. "

The Carolina Panthers have been up and down this season and now fantasy football owners should look to start Kelvin Benjamin, Greg Olsen, Jonathan Stewart and Jericho Cotchery on Monday night football in Week 10 for Cam Newton, as those names have the chance to put up numbers, while DeAngelo Williams is set to return and also could be a solid pick behind Stewart in the backfield against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Newton has not had a great season compared to the past couple years, but he has some solid weapons for Monday night football and the best one is Kelvin Benjamin. Greg Olsen has also been very good for the Panthers and those two along with DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart will be the main offensive weapons for Newton in Week 10. Benjamin has been very good as a rookie and he has been one of the mast targeted players for the Panthers.

Benjamin has 40 catches in nine games this season and he has five touchdowns already with 589 yards receiving and he could be the key for the Panthers. Benjamin has not been shutout in any game this season and he has not had less than two catches in any game and that is what he had last week, putting up just two catches for 18 yards against the Saints. That was the worst game for Benjamin since back in Week 2, so it's not too concerning for owners, but they are hoping for a big game this week.

Benjamin has scored twice in his past four games and he had four catches for 94 yards against the Seattle Seahawks two weeks ago.  Newton did not look great last week in the loss against the Saints and now he comes in looking to bounce back from that and he had just 151 yards passing in that matchup and 43 yards rushing along with an interception. Newton has not been sharp this season and he has just eight TDs and five picks and compared to someone like Aaron Rodgers that had six TDs Sunday night, it is not a very good season right now for Newton.

Newton and the Panthers expect more and Newton expects more form himself, but he has just 1794 yards this season along with a 57 percent completion rate. The team had a long week to prepare and with the NFC South such a mess, they are still right in the mix for the division title. Newton needs to play much better and he doesn't have a single 300 yard game this season passing the ball and over the past three weeks he has not reached 210 yards passing and that needs to change. Newton has now thrown for a TD in two weeks and now he has four picks in his last four games.

DeAngelo Williams and Johnathan Stewart can give the team a boost and this comes as Williams returns from injury. Last week Williams came back after missing four games and he had 20 yards on eight carries and if he can get things going with Stewart, it should open up the offense for Newton. Williams has just 126 yards this season, but he should be refreshed coming into this matchup and the Eagles defense does give up yards and that will be key if Carolina wants to win this one.
