The Oakland Raiders are still winless this season and next year the team may make some changes in the front office, but if Reggie McKenzie remains he will have to try to save his job and one way could be through trades and names like Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson, Vincent Jackson, Mike Wallace and Andre Johnson could be on the trading block because of their contracts and the Raiders may look to spend some money to give Derek Carr support on offense.

The Raiders have had a very tough season and while they came in with some expectations of improving, things have not gone that way. Blowing everything up could be the next step, but for Reggie McKenzie, he may have to pull a rabbit out of a hat to get things on track. The team fired Dennis Allen and will need a new head coach and McKenzie may get some leeway after drafting Derek Carr. While he hasn't been amazing, Carr has been very solid as a starter as a rookie and he has shown potential of being a legit QB.

Heading into next year, the team will be looking to add weapons for Carr and McKenzie could look at making some trades. The Cardinals are playing great and they love Larry Fitzgerald, but his cap hit is about to get astronomical and if the team looks to move him, the Raiders could step up. It would take some maneuvering money wise, but adding an All-Pro player like Fitzgerald could be worth the complications.

Fitzgerald has started to come on this season after a slow start, but with the emergence of Michael Floyd and John Brown on top of the fact that he is getting towards 32 years old, the Cardinals may have to make a move. Fitzgerald has a cap hit of over $20 million coming and John Weinfuss at ESPN.com has reported that the team has a number of free agents coming off the books that they need to sign.

Andre Johnson is another potential target, as he was mentioned in trade rumors over the summer when he was not present at training camp. According to the Houston Chronicle, Johnson does not sound happy about where his situation is right now and if the Texans falter down the stretch and miss the playoffs against, there could be a split coming. Johnson has been very productive for a receiver his age and he is on pace to catch over 80 balls this season, but that is a sharp drop from the triple digits of the past couple years.

Mike Wallace also came up in trade talk this past offseason and the Dolphins may look at a deal in the future. Wallace has a big contract and while the team loves his big play ability, they could look at moving him down the line if he continues making comments about Ryan Tannehill and the Fins offense.

In othew news, the Raiders have some fantasy football options coming into next week and with quarterbacks on byes, owners should look to Derek Carr as a spot start option. The Raiders also have Andre Holmes as a sleeper, while Darren McFadden, James Jones and Mychal Rivera could be solid start options in Week 10 over Maurice Jones-Drew and Denarius Moore.
