The Houston Texans have a bye week at the perfect time, as running back Arian Foster is dealing with a groin injury from Week 9 and if he has to miss any time in Week 11 after the bye in Week 10, Alfred Blue will be the top fantasy pickup option to replace him and all fantasy owners of Foster should try and grab Blue as a handcuff this week.

According to Pro Football Talk, Foster is dealing with a groin injury and right now Jason La Canfora reports that the injury should not keep him out of action in Week 11. The team is evaluating the injury and Foster could be limited in the coming weeks, but it is not considered serious. Some fantasy owners got very worried when Foster left the field against the Eagles and slammed his helmet down, as he has dealt with hamstring and knee injuries this season.

Foster has been one of the best fantasy players in the league this season and his injury could be shattering for some fantasy owners. According to ESPN Texans reporter Tania Ganguli, there is some "pessimism" about the injury, but others have reported that the groin issue is not considered serious. Foster is getting an MRI on the injury and he will have a bye in Week 10 and that could give him enough time to heal up for the matchup in Week 11.

Alfred Blue is obviously a must add player and he could be the starter if Foster is out for any extended period of time. Foster comes in with 822 yards this season in eight games and he has seven touchdowns and six 100-yard games and now he could be out for a few weeks. Foster still had a solid game with the injury, putting up over 100 yards total and scoring a TD, but he snapped a four game streak of going over 100 yards on the ground.
