Running back Darren Sproles #43 of the Philadelphia Eagles is congratulated by quarterback Nick Foles #9 after scoring a touchdown during a football game against the New York Giants at Lincoln Financial Field on October 12, 2014 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Eagles defeated the Giants 27-0. "

Bengals RB Giovani Bernard was banged up last week and while the injury wasn't serious, fantasy football owners should look at Darren Sproles, Travaris Cadet, Andre Williams, Tre Mason, Christine Michael and Andre Williams as Week 9 starter options in case he is limited for Cincinnati, as those names have the chance to be solid contributors going forward and this weekend.

Bernard is dealing with a hip injury and while it's not serious, Jeremy Hill could get some more carries than usual in the game this week and that could be a boost for some fantasy owners. Players with Bernard should be cautious and a player like Cadet or Mason could be a solid starter option for this week. Mason has emerged from the crowded Rams backfield, while Cadet has stepped up with Pierre Thomas out and he is a great PPR option for fantasy owners.

Cadet is an option in PPR leagues and he could be a surprise starter pick for some owners that need depth at RB. Last week he had four catches for 40 yards and he is a much better pass catcher than Khiry Robinson. Cadet has had 10 catches over the last two weeks and he has made at least three catches in the last four games, including two six-catch performances in that span. Charles Sims is a very solid sleeper pickup for fantasy owners, as he could get some starting carries once he comes back from IR. The Buccaneers love what he can do and with Doug Martin banged up, he could end up as the top rusher along with Bobby Rainey.

Bernard doesn't have a serious injury, but it could be a good idea for some owners to be cautious and pickup someone as a backup. Christine Michael and Robert Turbin are solid options with what's going on with the Seahawks, as they are looking to get more carries to those players over Marshawn Lynch. Michael did not do much last week with just 12 yards, while Turbin had 32 receiving yards, but both players could get extra touches in the matchup this weekend.

Travaris Cadet could end up as a huge sleeper this week and it comes with Pierre Thomas out for the Saints and he is a solid PPR start option for fantasy owners. Cadet has been getting more touches over the past few weeks and while he had just four catches last week, he should be in line for more with the other RBs banged up. The Saints need a win and this could end up being an offensive shootout. Darren Sproles said that he would be good to go this week after coming in banged up and he has a solid matchup and could get some major touches for the Eagles.

The Rams have a three headed monster at running back and Tre Mason could be a solid pickup for fantasy owners. Mason had over 100 yards a couple weeks ago and he had 85 yards against the Seahawks. Zac Stacy has been a good runner for the team and Mason has now emerged as a speedy option to counter his style. The Rams have Austin Davis at quarterback and they have been looking to rush the ball more with Sam Bradford out all season.
