Barcelona and Real Madrid will play against in March and this is the biggest matchup of the football weekend and comes from Spain and has two of the most high profile players in the world in action. Real Madrid won the Champions League last season and both Barcelona and the club finished in the top three in La Liga. Real Madrid comes into things at third in the La Liga standings and they won their last matchup in the Champions League with Liverpool and that was at Anfield. The team has been fantastic as of late and they have not allowed a goal in three straight games.
Real Madrid has scored 13 goals over the last three matches and now they face off against Barcelona and Messi before their next match, which is in the Copa Del Rey. Suarez comes in after signing in the offseason after his World Cup incident and this is his debut after a suspension and the 27 year old is back after the long layoff. Barcelona has him back after being out of action for four months and they have played well in his absence, sitting on top of the La Liga standings. Suarez may not play too much with it being his debut, but he will be back after the long ban for biting another player at the World Cup.
El Clasico has hundreds of media credentials given out and this is a big La Liga game and now Suarez will be on the pitch with Ronaldo, Messi, James Rodriguez and Andres Iniesta, while Gareth Bale could be out. Barcelona has been off to a great start to the season and they have not even allowed a goal in La Liga play. Ronaldo has played very well on the other side and Barca comes in with a three point lead over Sevilla, a four point lead on Real Madrid and Atletico is five back and they are in fifth place.
