PPR Fantasy Football leagues have WR players as valuable options for FF owners and in Week 4, free agent names like Allen Hurns, Malcom Floyd, Cecil Shorts, Markus Wheaton, Brian Quick, DeAndre Hopkins and Jordan Matthews could be strong pickups moving forward, as they have the chance to step up in the coming weeks due to injuries or other issues and those names could help owners win out their leagues this season.

Hurns has been slow since his amazing start in Week 1, but he is coming back healthy now and with Blake Bortles at quarterback, there is a chance Hurns and Cecil Shorts put up very solid numbers. Shorts is coming back after an injury that kept him out for the beginning of the season and he was one of the best sleeper options last year and now could be strong the rest of the way if he is healthy. Allen Robinson is also another solid pickup and yes, all of a sudden the Jaguars actually have some solid fantasy options for owners in need.

Malcom Floyd has the chance to continue his strong start to the season with Keenan Allen banged up and Danny Woodhead out for the year. Losing Woodhead as a receiver is tough from the backfield and now some of those targets could go to the WRs like Floyd. Markus Wheaton is another strong option and while he hasn't gone off yet, he is one of the top options for Big Ben with the Steelers and he appears poised for a breakout season down the line this year.

Brian Quick and DeAndre Hopkins may not be available anymore in leagues after playing well through three weeks, but if they are, fantasy owners should jump in. The Rams have some quarterback issues this season, but Quick has shown that he can be a top option on the team and even with Austin Davis starting, someone has to catch the ball from him. Hopkins has emerged as a legitimate option as a number one receiver and the Texans likely will start using him even more as the season goes on.

Bortles could be a boost for the Jags WRs if he plays well and coming into the game this weekend he has a number of options with Shorts and Hurns. Last week Short had eight targets from Bortles in the game with face catches and a touchdown, while Hurns had only one catch, but he made it count with a long touchdown and he has shown a flair for getting in the endzone.

Floyd should continue getting looks and he has six receptions for 148 yards and one touchdown through three games and while he had just two catches last week, they went for 98 yards and he could add more this weekend. Wheaton had four catches for 35 yards in the last game for the Steelers and he has been the second most targeted player on the team along with Antonio Brown. Quick had two catches on Sunday, but he made them count with 64 yards and a touchdown.
