The fantasy football week 2 schedule is here and some waiver wire free agents and sleepers to start this week include Isaiah Crowell, DeAndre Hopkins, Justin Hunter, Malcom Floyd, Allen Hurns, Larry Donnell, Brian Quick and Darren Sproles among many other names, as those players can be solid surprise options that could help FF owners win their matchups heading into Week 3.

Crowell and Terrance West are must pickups for anyone who has Ben Tate and also for anyone with issues at RB. In deeper leagues Crowell is a strong option and for teams in need of one player, West is the pickup for now as he is set to be the starter for the Browns this week with Tate on the sidelines. Hopkins has emerged as a big play threat and he could be a solid start alongside Andre Johnson for the Texans as the season moves along.

Justin Hunter and Kendall Wright are the top options for the Titans for now and while they do not throw the ball as much as other teams, those two could be the leading WRs. Floyd made his comeback from injury last week and looked very good and now he could be a reliable option in leagues with the Chargers, as they also have Keenan Allen and a solid offense with Philip Rivers. Brian Quick is looking like the number one option in St. Louis and while they have QB issues, someone has to catch the ball and right now Quick is the best option.

Allen Hurns has to prove he can do it two weeks in a row before fantasy owners commit to him fully, but for anyone weak at WR, he is a risk worth taking after his strong game last weekend. Donnell is not an experienced player, but he is the starting TE for the Giants and while they looked terrible Monday night, he was the top player on offense for the team and could continue that way from the tight end position.

Tate is expected to be out for at least a month and that gives West and Crowell the chance to start at RB. West will be the starting back for the Browns and he comes in after having a very solid game with 100 rushing yards after coming in when Tate had to leave with an injury. Crowell made his presence known as well to fantasy owners with two touchdowns on the day and 32 rushing yards.

Quick made seven catches for 99 yards and he could be in line for that once again, while Donnell had a TD catch and could be a great red zone option for the Giants moving forward. Floyd looked healthy coming back from his injury and that makes him a solid starter moving forward. Hurns had four catches for over 100 yards and he also had two touchdowns and while he is an unknown quantity, he could be a surprise player moving forward with Cecil Shorts on the sidelines and banged up. The fantasy football weekend has a number of surprise players and some of these names could be sleeper options.
