Running back Isaiah Crowell #34 of the Cleveland Browns scores on a 15-yard run as teammate Gary Barnidge #82 signals touchdown during a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field on September 7, 2014 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Steelers defeated the Browns 30-27. "

The Cleveland Browns have Ben Tate injured and now fantasy football owners may look at Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell as the top pick up free agent options heading into Week 2 and they are solid fantasy handcuffs at the RB position for Tate, as the team is going to rush the ball and if Tate is sidelined those names could continue to breakout big if he can't start moving forward

The Browns got a great game from West after Tate was forced to leave the game on Sunday against the Steelers, as he rushed for 100 yards in his first ever game in the pros. Tate is hoping that his knee injury is not serious, but if it is, the Browns will need to use both West and Crowell as options moving forward and this comes after the team traded Trent Richardson last year.

According to Pro Football Talk, Tate could be out for at least two weeks and there is a chance he could miss a month with a knee injury. Tate signed with the Browns to be the starting running back and now he could be out for a while after dealing with a knee sprain and that came in the first half of the game last week against the Steelers. West looks to be the top option for the team and this comes after he rushed for 100 yards on just 16 carries and now he likely will start for the Browns on Sunday.

West comes into the league after rushing for 2500 yards and 41 touchdowns in college last season and he could be a top sleeper this season with Tate out. Crowell also made his name known on Sunday, rushing or two touchdowns on five carries for 32 yards and he ended up with 6.4 yards per carry in the game. The Browns are planning to rush the ball more this season after trading away Trent Richardson and now Crowell and West will have the chance to get things going on Sunday.

Glenn Winston was claimed off of waivers during the preseason and he also could be an option, but only in deeper leagues. Winston had a solid preseason when he played and he had 19 carries for 113 yards and a TD in the preseason slate. Tate came in after dealing with a rib injury last season, but he toughed that out and ended up with 771 yards rushing and four Tds last season while coming in for an injured Arian Foster. Tate also had 942 yards in his first season and he also had to come in for an injured Foster and now West and Crowell are doing the same with him.

Crowell and West are two of the best options on the free agent market along with Justin Forsett, who will get the start for the Ravens after Ray Rice was released. Forsett had a solid game and this came after Bernard Pierce fumbled and now he will have to work his way back in and honorable great man John Harbaugh said all the RBs on the roster will get a look. The Ravens clearly did not care about what happened before with Rice, since they basically prepared to be without him for two weeks and that was it.
