The Green Bay Packers have a number of fantasy football starter and draft options this season and Eddie Lacy, Randall Cobb, Jordy Nelson along with James Starks are some of the best options to use in Week 1 for Aaron Rodgers, while Richard Rodgers, Jarrett Boykin, DuJuan Harris, Davante Adams and Andrew Quarless also could contribute as sleeper picks as free agents or in later draft rounds and on the waiver wire market.

The Packers have been picked by many to be the Super Bowl favorites in the NFC and that's fitting considering they are starting the season with the champs in the Seattle Seahawks. The team has a number of great weapons for Aaron Rodgers and that comes in the running and passing game, as they have Randall Cobb, Jordy Nelson as well as Davante Adams and Jarrett Boykin at WR and they are also deep at TE.

Rodgers has the chance to be a top QB after missing half of last season and he still put up solid numbers, going for 2536 yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Rodgers put up fantastic numbers in each of the past four seasons and he has been a strong starter for his whole career, going for over 4000 yards in all but one of the seasons where he was not injured. He threw for nearly 40 touchdowns in 2012 and with Randall Cobb coming back, he should be right in line with those numbers.

The Packers showed last season they can run the ball well and Lacy was the main reason for that, but both Starks and Harris could have an impact this season as well. Lacy is coming off of a rookie of the year win and he had nearly 1200 yards rushing last season with 11 touchdowns and he was also strong out of the backfield, making 35 catches for 257 yards. Rodgers and the Packers will be rushing the ball on a consistent basis again and that helped make their offense one of the best in the league. As long as Rodgers is healthy, the team will be Super Bowl candidates.

Cobb has the chance to be one of the best players in the league and he showed last season how good he can be even in limited time. Cobb was injured on a bad hit from the Ravens and he played in just six games and now he is coming back after making 31 catches for 433 yards. The season before he had a breakout year with 80 catches for 954 yards and 10 touchdowns and he hopes to be in line for that this season. Boykin was solid in spot duty coming in for Cobb when he was injured, making over 40 catches for 681 yards and three touchdowns.

Jordy Nelson has turned himself into a prime fantasy football option and he is coming off of a career year and he did that with Rodgers missing part of the season. Nelson had 85 catches for 1314 yards and eight touchdowns last season and he now has had at least 1200 yards in two of the last three seasons, scoring 30 touchdowns over that span. Nelson will benefit from Rodgers coming back, as he averaged over six catches and 100 yards in the games when Rodgers played and he scored seven of his eight touchdowns with his usual quarterback in the lineup.
