The team comes in after a scoreless draw with Besiktas in Turkey and the next matchup is at home and they can advance on aggregate.

The team is looking to advance into the group stage and it comes after they finished in fourth place last season on the EPL table. The Gunners were leading the Premier League for most of the season before faltering near the end and they finished the year with some hardware after winning the FA Cup. Those four teams are now into the Champions League and Arsenal is looking to stay there with their game on Wednesday.

The Arsenal schedule picks up as the EPL season moves along and coming up the team has some big games, including a home matchup with Man City that should be one of the best of the early season. The team signed Alexis Sanchez this offseason and he has made an impact so far and he could be the key for the team and for Arsene Wenger as they try and make a run this season. Man United has some high expectations as well and they have not been off to a good start and those teams will be playing soon on the schedule as well.

Arsenal comes in with a draw against Everton and a win over Crystal Palace to start the EPL season and now they have the second leg of the Champions League ahead of their next game. Down the line after that the team plays away at Aston Villa and they also have a tough matchup with Tottenham and that comes before a huge game with Chelsea, which will be at Stamford Bridge.

Arsenal has the chance to be a major factor this year in the EPL and they also are looking to make a nice run in the Champions League. By December last year the team was leading the EPL and no they are trying to get in position to do the same. The schedule has tough games later in the year with Man United at home and the team also has to play against Swansea City and they have been playing inspired ball, while other matchups include Liverpool and Southampton.
