The United States and Belgium are playing in the round of 16 from Brazil on Tuesday and the match is live on ESPN and WatchESPN at 4 pm ET and on Univision and this game is big for the US as they try to advance and the internet feed is live from Arena Fonte Nova in Solvador as the teams try to advance.

This comes after the USA Germany played on Thursday for the Group G deciding matchup in the World Cup in Brazil and the match comes from Arena Pernambuco in Recife on ESPN and live streaming online from the WatchESPN website as Clint Dempsey and Michael Bradley try to get Team USA through to the knockout stages.

The United States and Germany are playing the final game for the two teams in Group G alongside Portugal and Ghana and these results will determine who makes it into the knockout stage. Team USA was seconds away from clinching and now they have to find a way to get a draw here to ensure they move along and they have played well enough to do so. The team was not given much of a chance in the group of death, but they have shown that they are good enough to play with the big boys and they had to do this all without Jozy Altidore and one wonders how good they could be with him.

Jozy Altidore is a very talented player and with him out with a hamstring injury, Clint Dempsey has had to step up and now the team plays on the final day of group play and if they somehow can win against Germany, they will win the group. Germany is the number two ranked team in the FIFA standings and they are one of the favorites in the tournament along with Brazil and Argentina as well as France and the Netherlands and this match could go a number of ways.

The United States is dealing with some tough weather in Recife and the rain has been steady through the day and that actually could work for the US as they try and get a draw result here. The team needs a point or a win to get through and while they still can lose and advance, they can guarantee their spot with a point or win and this is the biggest match for the team over the past four years and will be the difference between heading home and continuing to the next stage.

The United States will once again be without Jozy Altidore in this game and that is a tough injury to deal with, but the team has been resilient and they will have to find a way to step up again. The game against Portugal was exciting and dramatic and now all American fans will be biting their nails until about 2 pm to see what happens to the knockout stages. The match against Portugal stated off terribly, as Geoff Cameron missed a clearance that ended up right at the feet of Nani and he put it past Tim Howard for the first goal. The United States had (and now has still) never won a match when conceding the first goal and Portugal was unbeaten when they got that score as well, but the US team refused up give up.
