American Pharoah #1 ridden by Victor Espinoza leads Mr. Z #3 ridden by Corey S. Nakatani and the field into the first turn during the 140th running of the Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Race Course on May 16, 2015 in Baltimore, Maryland."

The chance for a 2015 Triple Crown comes on Saturday at the Belmont Stakes For American Pharoahand the schedule start time comes after 6 pm ET on the NBC TV channel before the Stanley Cup finals for the race and it will be streaming with a live stream on the NBC Sports Live Extra website and AP is going for the first Triple Crown in decades in Queens.

UPDATE: This year American Pharoah is trying to win the Belmont Stakes after taking the Kentucly Derby and Preakness and this is the next chance after California Chrome tried and failed last year. Check below for the live strea link and schedule from NBC for Saturday.

Chrome was made the favorite for the race at 3-5 odds and there could be over 100,00 people at the Belmont to see history made, as no horse has won the Triple Crown since the 1970s. The last time is happened was back in 78 with Affirmed and Secretariat before that and the chance for Chrome comes out of the second post and that is a very favorable spot for the horse, as past winners have been there.

Chrome comes in after winning the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness and this has happened a number of times over the years, with the other horses not being able to complete the triple. Chrome will be under Victor Espinoza and he will be in the number two and the Belmont had those three other horses winning the first two in that same position and now he is the favorite as well and 11 times in the past the winner has come from that spot and the last was back in 1994 and now Chrome will look to finish things off. The horse's owners have said that Chrome is ready and confident and should be the favorite on Saturday and the weather has so far been cooperating, as it is sunny and warm in the NYC area.

Some horses in the Stakes did not run in the Preakness and Chrome comes into position between Medal Count and Matterhorn and both those horses are long odds, while Wicked Strong is 6-1 odds to win the race. There are four new horses coming onto the Triple Crown run trying to get the win over Chrome and now everyone is racing against that horse on this day and Tonalist was put in as the next best betting choice past that, with 8-1 odds and the horse will be on the number 11 post and has won at the Belmont Track before.

Along with Chrome, General a Rod and Ride On Curlin are the other horses to have run in all three races on the Triple Crown circuit and those horses have a chance to make noise here as well, with Curlin coming in second in the Preakness after being seventh in the Derby. Eight horses have double digit odds and Espinoza comes in ready to ride Chrome and there are only two other horses with single odds and this should be a very dramatic day at the track.

NBC is expecting double digit figures in the millions for the race after original projections were at around five or seven and that could be big for the channel over the weekend. The network has the French Open final on Saturday and then the Belmont before Stanley Cup Finals game 2 between the Rangers and Los Angeles Kings as New York tries to tie things up. Then on Sunday the network has the men's final from Roland Garros in a great match with Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal.
