Chelsea and Atletico Madrid are playing on the Champions League schedule on Wednesday and the match comes from Stamford Bridge and has the Blues looking to advance from the semifinals to the finals against Real Madrid after they won over Bayern Munich and the game starts with a live stream from Fox Soccer 2Go at 2:45 pm ET and has Jose Mourinho's squad looking for the win.

Chelsea comes into the match with some great momentum, as they rested players and still found a way to win over the weekend at Anfield against Liverpool and now the EPL victory could give them a boost on Wednesday. Mourinho has his players prepared and they dealt with plenty of drama over the weekend and they were able to secure and EPL win to stay just two points back of the Reds and they are still alive now for the Premier League title and obviously in the Champions League.

The win over Liverpool now puts the team in position to get past Atletico at home at Stamford Bridge and that would stop the city rivalry from coming to fruition in the finals with Real facing off against their La Liga rival. Those two teams are playing against each other for the Le Liga title along with Barcelona and that has been a tight chase all season and now Chelsea has the chance to end that matchup option. The two sides played a scoreless draw in their first matchup and that came from Atletico Madrid and now they have the return leg and Chelsea comes in looking to win the match and then take their final two matches in the EPL against Cardiff City and Norwich and that could give the team the title.

Atletico holds a nice four point lead over Barca in the Primera division, but with the way they have played, Real could be more of a threat but they are a bit farther down the table and that could lead to some drama at the end of the year. Real Madrid was impressive and they eliminated the champs from last year in the Champions League in Bayern Munich and now they wait for the result after getting to their first final in a decade. Ronaldo had two goals in the game and the team won 5-0 on aggregate and now they could face a rival team or Mourinho's squad and both of those would be huge matchups after Bayer played Bayern last season.

Chelsea is now second in the Premier League behind Liverpool and getting a win here would continue their strong play and after being left for dead after a home loss against Sunderland, the Blues were fantastic on Sunday. The team held the highest scoring team and the highest scoring player in the EPL to zero goals and they also snapped a double digit winning streak for the Reds. The team now must take care of business on Wednesday and after losing just once at home in over 70 matches, John Terry knows he has to get his team prepared and Mourinho said that he feels his team is strong enough to overtake Atletico and Real.
