The NCAA Tournament 2014 schedule starts on Thursday as March Madness begins and teams from the With East, West, Midwest and South brackets will be in action and teams like Florida, Michigan State, Michigan, Louisville and Syracuse have the chance to start their national title chances in the tourney.

The day starts off on CBS with Ohio State and Dayton playing each other and that will be a number six and a number 11 seed matchup and has the Buckeyes looking to put a tough season behind them. OSU got things together eventually, but they had a tough run in the Big Ten this season and now they have the chance to make some noise in their bracket and Aaron Craft will be the main focus. Dayton is no pushover and the battle of Ohio should be a good one and is the first actual game of the tournament not counting those play-in games that the NCAA for some dumb reason calls the first round.

Wisconsin got a favorable seed at number two after the season they had and the Big Ten was deep and now they join Michigan State, Michigan and Ohio State on the schedule for Thursday and they will play against American University and that game comes at 12:40 pm and will be on truTV. Pittsburgh and Colorado are playing in the eight nine matchup on TBS and Pitt will be looking to rebound after their tournament loss in their conference tourney and the Panthers could make a nice run.

Check here for the schedule for the NCAA and games for the tournament on Thursday.

The Harvard and Cincinnati game at 2:10 pm on TNT has many picking an upset, as the Crimson have been playing well all year and a 12 seed always beats a five and this could be the one that goes down. The Bearcats had a fine season and that game comes before Syracuse and Western Kentucky and they should be able to get by and that is at 2:45 pm and comes from CBS on TV. The Orange started the season 25-0 and had a nice run in the ACC before losing to Boston College and then the team dropped the conference title to Virginia and they were upset by NC State in the ACC tournament as well.

Florida is playing Albany in the 16 and number one seed matchup and the Gators come into the tournament as the top overall seed in the tourney. The Gators won the SEC tournament by one point over Kentucky and they completed an undefeated season in the conference. The team comes in with Wichita State, Arizona and Virginia as the top seeds and many see Florida as a solid national championship pick.

Michigan and Wofford are playing in the 15 and two matchup and comes after the Wolverines won the regular season title in the Big Ten. That was their second conference title in three years and they are in the same bracket as the Shockers as well as Duke and Louisville, how are defending champions. The Wolverines had a very good season and now Nik Stauskas will try to lead them to a title. Louisville plays against Manhattan and they are looking to continue on for their second straight national title appearance.
