The Phoenix Open is back live on Friday and fans can watch golf with Phil Mickelson and Bubba Watson online streaming from the Golf Channel and the PGA Tour Waste Management Phoenix Open has Watson and YE Yang leading heading into Friday play and it comes in the second round just as Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy tucked in for the night after playing in Dubai.
The second round is underway on Friday and Mickelson comes in with and even score after putting up a 71 and this comes after he had an amazing run last year and he won the tournament and on Friday he will look to get back into the mix for a repeat. Mickelson was a multiple winner on the tour last year with Tiger Woods and now he will be looking to be a bit sharper on Friday after he said he left some shots on the course. Mickelson had to pull out last week after dealing with a back injury and now he said that he is fine and should not have any injury issues the rest of the way.
Mickelson ended up even and is tied for 68th on the leaderboard and he will tee off later in the afternoon, while some players like Matt Jones and Brendan Steele have already teed off. Watson played very well on Thursday and now he comes in tied with Yang for the lead at seven under and Mickelson said that the middle of the round was better for him and he got off to a bad start and a rough finish as well and he is looking to clean it up after the leaders finished with a 64 on the first day.
Mickelson had trouble like Woods last week hitting fairways and he ended up on just five of the 14 and he also had just 11 greens in regulation and now the star will try and pull things back. Watson comes in after winning the Masters two years ago and he had eight birdies in the afternoon and he was excellent at the finish, while Yang also was strong at the end with two birdies on the last two holes.
