The San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks are playing in the NFL playoffs in the NFC championship game on Sunday and the matchup has arguably the two best teams in the conference and the game starts up at 6:30 pm ET/3:30 pm PT and is from CenturyLink Field and will be streaming online from the NFL.com league website and puts Pete Carroll and Jim Harbaugh up against each other with the chance to get to the Super Bowl.

Russell Wilson and Colin Kaepernick are facing off as two of the best young quarterbacks in the league and now they have the chance to get to the Super Bowl and it would be the second one for Kaepernick in a row after leading the Niners to the big game in New Orleans last season. The Niners are the fifth seed and the Seahawks are number one and they are matching up in Seattle after they got home field advantage and SF is basically the second place team but could only finish fifth after the Hawks won the division and now these two dominating defenses play in the NFC Championship game.

The Seahawks and the 49ers are very evenly matched up with similar strengths on offense and defense and the teams have strong running backs in Frank Gore and Marshawn Lynch, great rush defenses up front, exciting young quarterbacks and quirky, intense coaches. The two teams have played some memorable games over the past two seasons and the Seahawks have dropped only one game at the Link over the past two years and they dominated the Niners there earlier this season and while the Niners did not have Michael Crabtree in that game, the Seahawks will still be favored. The Seahawks have dealt with injuries on offense in Sidney Rice and Percy Harvin, but they have enough firepower to take down the 49ers on Sunday night.
