San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick (7) greets Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (12) following the 2013 NFC wild card playoff football game at Lambeau Field. San Francisco won 23-20. "

The NFL playoffs and standings are into the divisional round of the postseason and the NFC wild card weekend saw the New Orleans Saints and the San Francisco 49ers win and now the Seahawks will host the Saints, while the Panthers play against the Niners in North Carolina and the games start up next Saturday and in the AFC, the New England Patriots play against the Indianapolis Colts and the Denver Broncos will host the San Diego Chargers.

The San Francisco 49ers won an exciting game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday to advance to the divisional round of the playoffs and the NFC Wild Card games both ended the same way with a last second field goal. The Saints won their game on the road against the Eagles in Philadelphia to win their first game on the road away from New Orleans in team history and now they set up another matchup against the Seattle Seahawks and this will be the second time the two teams play in CenturyLink Field this season after the Hawks won on Monday night football already. This is also a rematch of the playoff game from a few years ago that saw Marshawn Lynch go beast mode and this could be something that happens again with the way the Seahawks have been rushing the ball this season.

The rest of the playoffs matchups are now all set after the Niners won over the Green Bay Packers and the San Diego Chargers defeated the Cincinnati Bengals and now the Chargers will head to Denver to play the Broncos, while the Niners will be up against the Carolina Panthers. Cam Newton led his team to the playoffs for the first time in his career and the team finished first in the NFC South division and now they will face off against Colin Kaepernick and the 49ers for the second time this season but this time it will be on the east coast and comes after the Panthers pulled off a 10-9 victory back in November and now both games in the NFC are rematches from the season.

Newton had a great season in 2013 and now he gets the chance to play in the playoffs for the first time in his career and the Saints got a great game from Drew Brees to advance into the next round. The last time the Saints had to travel to Seattle, the Seahawks had a losing record, but this time around they will be favored after losing just one game at home over the past two seasons and this will be a very tough test for the Saints. Russell Wilson has found ways to win at home in his short career and now he will get the chance to take his team to the conference championship game.

Quarterbacks from 2012 are sure doing a good job this postseason, as Andrew Luck showed why the Colts never thought twice about taking him over Robert Griffin, as he took his team back from a near 30-point deficit to defeat the Chiefs and now the team will travel to New England to play Tom Brady and the Patriots. That game sets up a potential showdown with Peyton Manning and the Broncos, but winning on the road against Brady will be very tough and now Brady will get the chance to try and lead his team back to the championship game after losing to the Ravens last season and the Colts did the same in the first round in the playoffs last year.
