The fantasy football playoffs are approaching and with plenty on the line for fantasy owners heading into the Week 14 schedule, some of the top sleepers and free agent players to watch out for includes Zac Stacy, Andre Brown, Zach Ertz, Steven Jackson and Roddy White.

This season Stacy has been one of the most productive running backs and despite dealing with a concussion last week, he was back in action and had a solid game in Week 13 against the 49ers. Andre Brown toughed out a solid game against the Redskins, while Roddy White and Steven Jackson were healthy on Sunday for the first time in quite a while for the Falcons as they defeated the Bills. The Eagles have a new tight end option with Zach Ertz and he has shown why Chip Kelly snagged him in the draft and moving forward, all these players could make an impact on the playoffs.

Stacy is a great option to pick up, as the Rams have been focusing more on the run over the past month and that has coincided with Sam Bradford going down for the season. Stacy has been very consistent and productive, as he has over 70 yards in four out of the past five games and he has not rushed for less than 60 in that span either. Stacy had 87 yards against the Bears last week before leaving with a concussion and this past week he had 72 yards rushing on 19 carries and that continues his streak of being the leader in carries on the team. Over the past five weeks he has four touchdowns and two games over 100 yards and while he is next playing a tough defense in the Cardinals, he did nice work against the Niners and that should continue with the game plan the Rams have been using.

Andre Brown has continued to be very solid for the Giants since returning from his injury, as he has scored three touchdowns in the past four games and while he had just 35 yards on Sunday night, he headed two touchdowns and three receptions for 23 yards to give him over 50 yards in the game. Brown had five targets in the game and he has been solid with 11 catches since coming back and he also has over 100 yards in half his games since returning and fantasy owners are thrilled about him continuing to get into the endzone.

Zach Ertz has shown he can be a solid tight end option, as he has three touchdowns in the past four weeks, including two on Sunday. The Eagles love his size and hands and he had five catches on six targets with 68 yards per game and his two scores were crucial for the matchup on Sunday in the win over the Cardinals. Last week he had 31 yards against the Redskins and heading into the back stretch of the season he could be a prime target for Nick Foles in Week 14 against the Lions.

Steven Jackson and Roddy White played solid for the Falcons on Sunday and that came after the two have been banged up all season. Jackson had his best game of the year with two touchdowns and 84 yards against the Bills and now he has three scores in his past two games and could be solid for the back stretch of the season as the Falcons try to get some respectability. White was excellent with 10 catches for 143 yards on Sunday and that is the type of game fantasy owners have been looking for all season.
