The Chicago Bears are coming off of a disappointing loss last week against the St. Louis Rams and now the team heads out on the road for an NFC North divisional game against the Minnesota Vikings at Mall of America Field and the game will start up at 1:00 on TV from FOX and will be streaming online from the NFL.com league website.

The Bears are still right in the middle of the playoff race in the NFC and they need to get a division win on Sunday after the Detroit Lions took down the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving to take the lead in the north. The Bears have been up and down this season and with Jay Cutler out last week, Josh McCown passed for 352 yards, but it wasn't enough to take down the Rams and the Bears gave up way too many rushing yards last week and now they face off against one of the best backs in Adrian Peterson and the Vikings. The Bears come into the game ranked last in the league against the run and one reason was the game against the Rams and now they have to deal with AP and with Cutler still hurting and the Lions winning this week already, Chicago has no choice but to try and win at all costs on the road as the final stretch of the season comes up. The team next plays against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night football and they will be well rested after playing on Thursday.

The Bears come into the game after a bad loss to the Rams and after playing on Sunday against the Vikings in Minnesota they will return home to Soldier Field for the game on Monday night football against Tony Romo and company. The team has been up and down this season and after starting off three and oh, the team lost three of the next four games and then alternated wins and losses each week, making this week a game that the team should win based on that and this comes in the middle of a tough stretch, as the team is in the middle of a four game stretch of road games in five weeks, with the MNF game against the Cowboys coming at home and the rest on the road, including the Cleveland Browns and the Philadelphia Eagles after that and the final game of the season could be for the playoffs with Green Bay.

Matt Forte is having one of his best seasons with Marc Trestman at the helm, but he has been banged up and if he can stay healthy the rest of the season he could end up close to his career high in total yards over a season and he needs to play well for the Bears to get to the postseason. The Vikings are coming off of a Green Bay Packers tie and that could factor into the division race later on and then the team plays next against the Baltimore Ravens, while the Philadelphia Eagles and the Bengals are next before the team finishes against the Detroit Lions. The division will be tight at the top of Aaron Rodgers can return and the Lions right now are in control and the Vikings can play spoiler with the Bears on Sunday and then the Packers are the end and that could help turn around the season a bit for the team.

The game on Sunday is on FOX and starts at 1 pm for the Chicago Bears visiting the Minnesota Vikings.
