The Washington Huskies have had an up and down season in the Pac-12 conference and heading into the final game of the year, the same can be said about their rivals in the Washington State Cougars and now the two teams will face off at Husky Stadium on Friday for the Apple Cup and the game will be live on FOX and streaming online at 3:30 pm.

The Huskies come into the game playing very well on offense, but the defense has not been up to snuff and that is one reason why the team is 4-4 on the season in the conference and the Cougars have the same record and now the two teams will try and duke it out on Friday in Seattle. College GameDay came for the Huskies once this season and now the two teams will be playing for the Apple Cup and last year the Cougars won the game in overtime at home and this year the game is back in Seattle and Huskies are looking to get the trophy back after losing it and they have won three of the past four games. The Huskies come in with some productive players in the backfield in Keith Price and Bishop Sankey and they will be the main focus for the Cougars defense on Friday afternoon in the Pacific Northwest and Price is directing an offense that is averaging nearly 40 points per game.

Check here for the FOX coverage and the Pac-12 coverage of the Huskies and Cougars and more on the games.

Sankey had nearly 180 yards in the big win last week against Oregon State and the Huskies scored nearly 70 points and now they are home against a team that has played suspect defense over the back stretch of the year and the Huskies have also won three of the past four games, scoring over 40 points in all three contests and the only one they didn't was in the loss to UCLA. The team ends the season against Washington State and should get a decent bowl matchup if they can get to eight wins on the year. Sankey deserves some awards consideration after rushing for 17 touchdowns and over 1,570 yards this year and Price has been solid as well with nearly 2,700 yards and 19 touchdown passes. Both teams are out of the Pac-12 running, but the Apple Cup is just as important to fans and the Huskies are hoping they can get it back this year.

The Cougars come into the game after a nice win over Utah and the team has the fifth ranked passing offense in the nation and that will be the biggest issue for the Huskies to deal with on the day, as Connor Halliday is directing the team to over 370 passing yards per contest. Halliday has been excellent this season with nearly 4,000 yards passing and 26 touchdowns to be one of the leaders in the nation and now the Cougars will look for win number seven and they will also try and retain the Apple Cup on the road at Husky Stadium.

This season Halliday has 3,905 yards on the year and he passed for nearly 500 in the win against Utah and now the team will try and finish with a winning record in the Pac-12 conference as the team tries to win the biggest rivalry game between the two schools. The Cougars have won two games in a row after losing three straight and the team is hoping to finish the season on a high note after having a slump since starting off 3-1 and this could be the biggest win for the team this season with the Apple Cup on the line.
