Lance Moore was very quiet to start the 2013 season. The New Orleans Saints wide receiver was overshadowed by pretty much everyone on the field. However, the past two games have been a different story as the receiver looks back like his 2012 self. With injuries beginning to hit the Saints offense, Moore could be poised for another big game.

In 2012, Moore average seven targets and 64.9 yards per game. The 8th year veteran had become one of Drew Brees' favorite targets on the field. However, to start 2013 he has only averaged 3.75 targets and 19.5 yards per game as players like Jimmy Graham take over the field. The last two games have seen Moore jump back into the spotlight as he has put up nine catches for 104 yards and a touchdown.

Injuries to Graham, receiver Marques Colston and running back Darren Sproles could lead to Moore's third big game. He jumped up as the top receiver last week, getting 10 targets from Brees. It is likely that the absence of Colston did not play a factor for Moore. His snaps were essentially replaced by Kenny Stills, However, not having a pass-catching running back like Sproles in the backfield played a large part in helping the receiver.

The Saints face the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday which could be another big factor for the receiving corps. At this moment, Dallas ranks as the second-worst pass defense in the league. Opponents are putting up an average of 305.2 yards per game against the Cowboys defense while receivers are averaging 7.6 yards per catch. It is very likely that Sean Payton will let Brees have a field day through the air.

Brees always finds a way to get every receiver involved as the quarterback is an expert on spreading the ball around. With an injury to Graham, the tight end will likely get placed on a limited snap count in order to keep him healthy if the Saints are in the playoffs. Considering Colston's recent health status after sitting out Week 9, he could be largely irrelevant for the next few weeks.

Brees recently credited Moore as a top route runner and will look his way numerous times on Sunday.  Both Sproles and Colston are uncertain for Week 10 so fantasy owners should consider giving Moore a second chance on the roster.
