The NFL schedule has one more game for Week 5 with the Atlanta Falcons and the New York Jets playing on Monday night football and after some exciting games, some great sleeper players to watch out for going forward includes names like Terrance Williams, Bilal Powell, Andre Ellington, Justin Blackmon and Philip Rivers.

Blackmon is looking like a nice option despite the fact that Jaguars are terrible, as he made five catches for 136 yards and a touchdown in their game on Sunday and in that game running back Zac Stacy distinguished himself for the Rams. Both players are sleepers going forward and Blackmon could put up very solid numbers this season if he keeps getting targeted the way he is.

Powell is playing on Monday night and has been trending upwards for the past couple weeks, while Ellington had some solid numbers on Sunday with over 50 yards rushing to go along with four catches for 31 yards. Ellington has increased his yardage totals in each of the last three weeks and he could end up being the primary running back the rest of the season.

Philip Rivers has been one of the best QBs in the league to start the season and he passed for over 400 yards for the second straight week with 411 and two touchdowns in the loss against the raiders. He has thrown multiple touchdowns in all games but one this season and could be a very good starter for the rest of the season.

The Denver Broncos and Dallas Cowboys played one of the most exciting games of the NFL season in Week 5 and the AFC West champions came out victorious after another fantastic game from Peyton Manning as his team improved to 5-0. The Cowboys had a breakout player in Terrance Williams, who finished the game with four catches for 151 yards and a TD. He could be a nice option going forward especially with teams targeting Dez Bryant.

Manning directed the Broncos high powered offense to 51 points and the team outlasted the Cowboys after a great game from Tony Romo, who played very well but had an interception at the end of the game that allowed the Broncos to drive for the winning field goal. Manning threw four touchdown passes to give him 20 for the year already, but he also finally tossed his first interception.

Manning has been amazing this season throwing the ball and it's ridiculous that he is coming off multiple neck surgeries and the idea from a little over a year ago that he could possibly never play football again. What Peyton is doing is unprecedented and while the Broncos could have come out on the losing side of that game, they were able to pull it out and now they have set themselves up as the Super Bowl favorite in the AFC. Funny enough, the team isn't even the only undefeated team in their division, as Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs improved to 5-0 this weekend with a victory over the Tennessee Titans.
