Frank Lampard knows the club needs to play better and the team is still working on getting used to having Mourinho back and with plenty of talent there is no reason why they shouldn't be in the running at the end of things. Lampard and Mourinho both echoed the fact that the schedule is tough, but the game on Tuesday is one that the team can win and after that match the team will play Norwich City in the Premier League.

Eden Hazard will be out for the match with an injury and Chelsea will be looking to rebound from the last time they played at Steaua Bucuresti, which ended up with 1-0 loss and now they are hoping to continue tings after getting a 3-1 win against them and it could be tough again on Tuesday. The match will be at the National Arena and will be on BBC Radio and Steaua is coming off of a 3-0 defeat against Schalke and that comes after Chelsea was able to turn things around for the Europa League against the team.

Chelsea is looking to avoid making some team history, as they have not lost both games to open the group play before, according to the Independent, but they have only won two of the last 10 games on the road. The article preview from the Independent has Chelsea the favorite in the matchup, although Steaua has been good at home, allowing just one goal, but they will need to overcome their own history, as they have not been able to score multiple goals against a team from England in Champions play.
