Terrelle Pryor is insisting that he is fine after suffering a concussion on Monday night against the Denver Broncos. While he admitted to not remembering much from the big helmet-to-helmet hit, he certainly remembers the player who hit him. While the NFL Players Association was looking to bring punishment down on the Raiders for the concussion, Pryor wants punishment brought down on Wesley Woodyard.

Woodyard and Pryor were involved in a helmet-to-helmet hit in the fourth quarter Monday night. The quarterback attempted to extend a play was left on the ground after a massive hit by the linebacker. The quarterback attempted two more passes before being taken back to the locker room by the medical staff.

"I think he should get fined, definitely," Pryor said, via ESPN.com.

There has been no punishment brought down on Woodyard for the hit. The linebacker was not even penalized for the move so Pryor should not get his hopes up about a fine. The Raiders on the other hand are dodging fines themselves after the NFLPA questioned how they handled the concussion.

After Pryor was hit, he remained in the game for two more plays, something that challenged normal porotocol by the NFL. Game tape shows Pryor going to the sideline and talking with head coach Dennis Allen, before returning to the field for two more players. Pryor defended the coach's decision to keep him in the game at the time.

"Looked like I was functioning; I watched the tape," Pryor said. "I could definitely see why they didn't see it ... I was talking to them so I was fine because they were asking me (questions). Definitely a delayed reaction."

Allen also defended the actions by the team. He insisted the Raiders followed all rules and will continue to do so until Pryor is cleared by the medical staff to return to action. Clearance is something Pryor has yet to receive, making his status for Sunday questionable against the Washington Redskins. While cornerback Tracey Porter has been cleared to play, Pryor has not.

The Redskins are preparing to play against Pryor and not veteran Matt Flynn. The Washington defensive line has struggled against mobile quarterbacks, a threat Pryor definitely possesses.

"We're preparing for Terrelle Pryor right now because he's listed as the starter," Redskins linebacker Ryan Kerrigan said, via the Washington Post. "If it's Matt Flynn that does come in, then that'll be something we adjust to. ...With Matt Flynn, you know what you're getting. You're getting more of a traditional pocket passer, whereas Terrelle Pryor does a number of things with his legs and his arm."

The Raiders have made no announcement of what their plans are regarding the quarterback position. Right now, Flynn remains with the first-team offense and Pryor remains in the training room.
