Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade
Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade (2nd L) goes to the basket against Chicago Bulls' Joakim Noah (L) as Bulls' Richard Hamilton (2nd R) and Carlos Boozer look on during the first half of Game 4 in their NBA Eastern Conference semi-final game in Chicago, Illinois, May 13."

The Miami Heat are still retooling as they try and make up the roster to go for a third straight championship and after adding names like Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis over the years, the team has another chance to add some veteran players, including names like Raja Bell, Richard Hamilton, Richard Hamilton and Dahntay Jones.

The team is savvy at adding pieces to the bench, like last season when Chris Anderson helped the team win the title and now after playing seven games against the Pacers and Spurs, the team needs to do it again. They already released Mike Miller and drafted James Ennis and while they have been quiet on the market so far this offseason that could change soon. The team is limited with the veteran's minimum and a mid-level exception, but that doesn't mean they can't get solid players and that could help pay off down the road for the Heat in the playoffs.

Dahntay Jones could be a solid option after losing Miller, as he could take his place in some sets and work on his long range shooting and since he is a very solid defender, he would fit right in with the Heat mindset. Jones kept opponents to 35 percent shooting last season and that will be needed with the Pacers and Bulls looking strong in the East. Last season he played 20 games with the Mavericks and also with the Hawks and he excels at isolation defense and that could be a big boost for Miami. Jones is not a scorer, but he could give the team some very solid minutes and he is a 33 percent three shooter for his career.

Hamilton is an interesting option despite the fact that he is old, as he showed in the playoffs he still has some skills, adding 11 points in Game 4 for the Bulls and adding 15 points in the next game. He showed that he can play solid minutes after going for 22 minutes and 35 minutes in the last two games against the Heat and he had one 30-point game recently that showed he still has that burst in him. Over the past couple years he has missed time for injuries, but if he is healthy he could be a solid option. Hamilton's defense is spotty, but he could be that next guy off the bench for the team.

Brewer could be a perfect fit got the team despite shooting below 30 percent from three for his career, as he showed that he can be a solid defender while starting 34 games for the Knicks. His isolation numbers are good and he could be a great player to throw out on the wing when they need it. Raja Bell is a fantastic defender and despite averaging 6.4 points and shooting 39 percent from beyond the arc in the 2011-12 season, he could be a great fit for the Heat and will give the team a solid veteran player on the bench that has postseason experience. Last season he was injured and played I just 34 games, but he is healthy now and can contribute.
