PETA Slams Beyonce's Super Bowl Halftime Costume

Beyonce's Super Bowl halftime costume is now getting a lot of criticism as the animal rights activist organization known as PETA took to the media to voice their complaints.

"We would take a bet that if Beyoncé watched our video exposés... she'd probably not want to be seen again in anything made of snakes, lizards, rabbits, or other animals who died painfully," it reads. "Today's fashions are trending toward humane vegan options, and Beyoncé's Super Bowl outfit missed the mark on that score."

PETA also called out Beyonce for the Christian Dior mink coat she wore to the presidential inauguration last month.

Beyonce has also received criticism from conspirators who believe her performance demonstrated symbolism of a secret organization known as the Illuminati.

Beyonce, who threw up the diamond sign with her hands, caught the attention of conspiracy theorist who believe the sign was a clear indicator to some of her involvement as it makes sense for them to use one of the world's most high-profile performers at one of the world's most high-profile events to help spread their message, but at the same time conceal their existence and massive international operations.

Other viewers put peculation to the side and justified Beyonce's gestures as a sign of support to her husband, rapper and mogul Jay-Z, who also uses the diamond as a symbol.

Despite rumors of Illuminati symbols and her performance having something to do with the Superdome lights going out early in the third quarter, Beyoncé's performance was well-received by critics and music writers all around.
