NFL Playoff Previews: Seattle Seahawks Take On Minnesota Vikings in NFC Wild Card

The Seattle Seahawks will be heading to the playoffs for a third season in a row. They will go into their Wildcard playoff contest against the Minnesota Vikings likely with Marshawn Lynch back in action.

The star running back for the Seahawks has missed most of the season with various injuries however getting Lynch back for any portion of the Seahawks playoff run could be the spark they needed to propel them to the top of the NFC. The Seahawks also have the ridiculously talented duo of Doug Baldwin and Russell Wilson who will continue to light up DBs throughout the playoffs as if it is the fourth of July.

This defense is playing a lot better than they have earlier in the season recording victories over the Minnesota Vikings and Arizona Cardinals in the last 5 games. The Seahawks defeated the Vikings 38-7 and will face them again in the Wildcard round of the 2015 NFL Playoffs.

The Seahawks look like an entirely different team than the group they were to begin the season. In the first half of the season the Seahawks lost to the Green Bay Packers in week 2, the Cincinnati Bengals in week 5, the Carolina Panthers in week 6, and the Arizona Cardinals in week 10.

The Seahawks have seemingly turned back the clock as the team looks like the same team that won the Super Bowl a couple of years ago. The Seahawks could be the biggest threat to any team in the playoffs.
