NFL Week 12 Fantasy Recap: Minnesota Vikings at Atlanta Falcons, Adrian Peterson, Stefon Diggs, Julio Jones, Devonta Freeman, Tevin Coleman

Minnesota Vikings

Adrian Peterson (Running Back): Peterson had his second best game of the season so far as he torched the Falcons for 158 yards and 2 touchdowns on 29 carries. He also caught 2 out of 4 targets for 29 yards. Peterson has returned to his pro bowl form and is looking dominant as we close out the regular season.

Stefon Diggs (Wide Receiver): Diggs production was a product of game flow and the Vikings run heavy offense. Diggs caught all 4 of his targets for 31 yards but did not have to do much else as Peterson was running over the Falcons. Diggs has stumbled a bit since being one of the hottest waiver wire additions of the year.

Atlanta Falcons

Julio Jones (Wide Receiver): Jones struggled against this tough passing defense. He only caught 5 out of his 7 targets but was wrapped up by the Vikings secondary. Jones has been pretty consistent this season however as the Falcons regress it can impact Jones's production drastically. As the fantasy playoffs approach Jones will need to be consistent now more than ever before.

Devonta Freeman (Running Back): Did not play (concussion). Instead the rookie Tevin Coleman got the start and was about a quarter as effective. Freeman should be back for week 13.
