Cincinnati Bengals Rumors: Tyler Eifert Fantasy Pickup, Jeremy Hill Starter Over Giovani Bernard With AJ Green For Andy Dalton Week 6

The Cincinnati Bengals are undefeated and in Week 6 Tyler Eifert is a solid fantasy football pickup option, while Jeremy Hill is set to start over Giovani Bernard and is looking to bounce back after struggling for a couple games. Andy Dalton has been playing well and AJ Green could have a nice game against the Bills, who are coming in a bit banged up.

The Bengals offense has been one of the best in the league this season and it has helped the team start 5-0 and lead the AFC North. The Bengals have two solid running backs in Hill and Bernard, but so far this season the rushing game has not been as potent or effective as it was last season. Hill has been struggling a bit the past couple weeks and earlier in the season he also had some issues with fumbling, but the Bengals will continue to try and get him going.

Fantasy owners should continue to start Hill, as offensive coordinator Hue Jackson said to the Cincinnati Enquirer that Hill is "still our starting tailback" heading into Week 6. Over the past four games Bernard has had more carries than Hill, but the team is not pushing him into the starting lineup yet and fantasy owners should follow that lead. Hill could have a breakout game this week against the Bills even with Buffalo's defense being one of the best in the league, as the team is going to continue to try and rush the ball.

Tyler Eifert has been playing very well this season and he is a solid TE1 option in most fantasy leagues. Eifert has been consistent and he comes into the game with 24 catches for 312 yards and he has averaged one touchdown per game this season. Eifert had eight catches on 12 targets last week and made it into the endzone twice for the Bengals against the Seahawks.

According to Geoff Hobston on Twitter, Marvin Lewis said that the team is passing more than they expected to be coming into the season and that the offense needs to "run better to control games." Hill had a breakout season last year and he comes into the game in Week 6 with just 176 rushing yards, but he has scored five touchdowns in five games and that continues to make him a valuable start option. Bernard had 80 yards last week and has the line 100-yard game for the Bengals this season, but Hill remains the starter.

The Bengals could have a fairly easy day against the Bills offense with the defense they have, as Buffalo is coming into the game banged up. LeSean McCoy is probable for the game and he comes in after dealing with a hamstring injury, while Tyrod Taylor, Sammy Watkins and Percy Harvin are all probable. Karlos Williams has been dealing with a concussion and hasn't practiced and he could be out for the game as well. While there are no guarantees in the NFL, the Bengals defense is one of the best in the league and if the Bills are that shorthanded, it will give Cincy a major advantage. Even if McCoy does play, it's very unlikely his hamstring will be at 100 percent and that also helps the Bengals.
