NFL Fantasy Football Recap: Miami Dolphins at Jacksonville Jaguars, Lamar Miller, TJ Yeldon, Jarvis Landry, Damien Williams, Ryan Tannehill

Miami Dolphins

Lamar Miller/Damien Williams (Running Back):  Miller left the contest early with an ankle injury so he only managed to gain 14 yards on 10 carries. Miller has remained a disappointment this season and has made fantasy owners cringe. Now Williams should have a bigger role in the offense, with Miller hobbled. Williams finished the day with 2 carries for 5 yards but had 3 catches for 15 yards and a touchdown. Williams should be picked up by all Miller owners.

Jarvis Landry (Wide Receiver):  Landry is a PPR gem that has been solid throughout Miami career and has emerged as the premier option in this offense. In week 2 Landry had 8 catches for 110 yards making him the primary option for this offense.

Ryan Tannehill (Quarterback): Tannehill had a great day throwing for 359 yards and completing 30 of 44 passes for 2 touchdowns. He put up solid fantasy numbers and remains one of the premier backups in fantasy football.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Blake Bortles (Quarterback): Bortles had a solid day from the field against a strong Dolphins defense. Bortles threw for 273 yards, completing 18 out of 33 passes, and throwing for 2 touchdowns. Bortles is not worth a spot in a 10 team league however his value has significantly increased in deeper leagues.

TJ Yeldon (Running Back): Yeldon broke out finally as the Jaguars leading running back. He finished the day with 25 carries and ran for 70 yards with 3 catches that totaled 13 yards. Yeldon is unquestionably the Jaguars lead back and with Denard Robinson suffering a knee injury Yeldon should be the main back in this offense.

Allen Robinson (Wide Receiver): Robinson had a huge day, recording 6 catches for 155 yards and 2 touchdowns making him the Jaguars number 1 deep threat. If Robinson is not owned in your league you should pick him up as a cautionary flex play.

Waiver Wire Targets

Rishard Matthews (MIA): Matthews has broken out as Tannehill's safety net. He has seen more targets than most of the other Miami offensive weapons which has increased his value in PPR leagues. He finished week 2 completing 6 of 7 catches for 115 yards. Matthews should remain Tannehill's 2nd option so he is worth a roster spot.
