The Washington Nationals pulled out the win on Thursday, pushing for a Game 5 matchup against the 2011 World Champion St. Louis Cardinals. Here we bring you the preview, time, live stream and TV schedule of this decisive game between these two teams.

The Cardinals vs. Nationals matchup will be the second of two Game 5s taking place today. They will immediately follow the Baltimore Orioles vs. New York Yankees game. By the looks of it, the Cardinals and Nationals might begin before the O's and Yankees wrap their game in since both of their previous matchups have finished in extra innings. 

Pitching Preview
The Nationals will send their young ace, Gio Gonzalez to the mound. He will look to bounce back from a seven walk outing and power the Nationals to the NLCS. The Cardinals will have Adam Wainwright, who possesses one of the more devastating breaking balls in the majors.

Cardinals Seeing Red
The Cardinals have outscored the Nationals 23-9 through the first four games. It is obvious, if the Nationals' pitching cannot shutdown the Cardinals' offense, then the Nats will not be able to get back into the game. 

Cardinals are 18-16 in 2012 when Wainwright pitches for them.  Meanwhile, the Nationals were 25-8 in games started by Gonzalez (Records includepostseason Game 1).

Time and Where to Watch
Cardinals vs. Nationals Game 5 begins a little after 8:30 p.m. ET/7:30 p.m. CT. TBS will broadcast the game, but as of late, if the games leak over into the other's starting time, TNT will broadcast the beginning of the game before it gets transferred to TBS.
