Team USA Basketball 2012: Men's Schedule for London Olympics

The USA Men's Basketball Team is almost done with their pre-Olympic exhibition games. So far, they are 4-0 and look like they have their minds set on gold. The road to gold however does not begin until July 29th, when the US play their first official Olympic basketball game. 

Before getting to the Final round, Team USA has to play five qualifying games. Here is the entire schedule for Team USA Men's Basketball 2012.

On Sunday July 29th, the United States will face France. That game is set to tip off at 4:45 p.m. in London/ 11:45 a.m. Eastern Time.

The next matchup is on Tuesday July 31st against Tunasia. This game tips off a little later that Game 1. It is schedule to begin at 10:15 p.m. in London/ 5:15 p.m. Eastern Time.

Their next game is on Thursday August 2nd versus Nigeria. Game 3 will also tip off at 10:15 p.m./ 5:15 p.m. Eastern Time

Game 4 is on Saturday August 4th against Lituania. It will be a little earlier than the other games, tipping off at 2:30 p.m. in London/ 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

Game 5, the last qualifying match, will be on Monday August 6th against Argentina. It tips off at 10:15 p.m. in London/ 5:15 p.m. Eastern Time. 

From Wednesday the 8th until Sunday the 12th, the quarterfinals, semifinals and finals will take place.
