The Atlanta Hawks and Chicago Bulls are playing on the NBA preseason schedule on Thursday night and the game is from the United Center as the eastern conference teams matchup at it starts past 8 pm ET as Derrick Rose and Pau Gasol host Al Horford and ATL.

The Bulls come into the game after a win against the Denver Nuggets and they next will play against the Charlotte Hornets on the schedule. The Bulls are 2-2 and the Hawks are 2-1 and Chicago is coming back with Derrick Rose healthy for the first time in two years and the Bulls are looking to make a championship run. The team was ranked first in points allowed last season and they were last in scoring and that is one reason why Rose is so important. The team went after Carmelo Anthony in the offseason and now they are battling LeBron James and the Cavaliers.
