The Seattle Seahawks and San Diego Chargers are playing live on the Week 2 preseason schedule on Friday night and the matchup is from CenturyLink Field on the NFL Network and starts at 10 pm ET as the Super Bowl champions welcome Philip Rivers to Washington in the Pacific Northwest to visit Richard Sherman and the Legion of Boom.

The Seahawks are considered a team that can repeat as champions and Russell Wilson is coming back after leading his team to the title and he should have another fine season. Richard Sherman is now a star and he leads the top defensive secondary in the league and the Seahawks have the chance to really do something special this season.

The Seahawks have a matchup next against the Chicago Bears and then the team will be playing on the road against the Oakland Raiders. The Green Bay Packers open up the season for the team and then they have games against the San Diego Chargers and Denver Broncos.
