NY Yankees vs. Tampa Bay Rays Live Stream: Watch Online MLB Streaming

The Tampa Bay Rays and New York Yankees are finishing up their MLB series on Wednesday at Yankee Stadium and it comes as NY is back at .500 after two tough losses and the team really needs to get back on track and the game starts up at 1:05 pm ET and has Jake Odorizzi and Vidal Nuno on the mound and the Yanks starter comes in after pitching a great game in his last outing.

The Yankees have been dealing with tons of injuries in the starting rotation and now they need to have Nuno, Chase Whitley and David Phelps pitch well, as they are struggling without CC Sabathia and Michael Pineda in the mix. The Yankees may look at making trades this season, but Brian Cashman doesn't want to give up any big names like Dellin Betances or Gary Sanchez and that could make it tough top strengthen the rotation at the trading deadline.

The Yankees are looking to bounce back after a great game from David Price on Tuesday and now the Rays have a little streak going after being the worst team in baseball. The Yankees need to turn things around during this stretch, as they have a number of road games coming up and they are playing against their division and are still in the mix despite the losses. The Blue Jays are in first place and holding tight over the Baltimore Orioles and the Yankees are just a few games back despite the recent struggles.

The team seemingly cannot get a hit when they need to and right now they are struggling on offense and a big smack from someone like Brian McCann or Jacoby Ellsbury is desperately needed. The Yankees have lost four games in a row after opening that stretch with four wins and now they are just 2-8 in their last 10 games, while the rays have now won four games in a row and have gone 7-3 in that same span and they are now 9.5 games back in the division and a little closes in the wild card.

Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira has been playing well when healthy, but he has been in and out of the lineup and now the team is getting ready to head to Minnesota to play against the Towns. The game on Thursday has Phil Hughes against Masahiro Tanaka and he is back on the mound after giving up a late home run to the Red Sox last weekend and he will be looking to chase down Felix Hernandez in the Cy Young race.
