Johnny Manziel Lawsuit: Court Accepts Fake Hoax Harassment Suit In Florida From Samatha Schacher

Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel has had to deal with plenty of attention since breaking out an winning the Heisman and now he has been hit with a clearly fake and hoax sexual harassment lawsuit in Florida (of course) from Samatha Schacher, who claims that Manziel has been harassing her for over a year and reports say the lawsuit is a clear hoax and only a state as dumb as Florida would accept it.

According to Pro Football Talk and Deadspin.com, the federal lawsuit is clearly a hoax, as it is filled with random pop culture references and ridiculous incidents that are not realistic and a lawyer for Manziel came out to disparage the court for even accepting it. The report says that a Florida federal court accepted the lawsuit from Schacher, who is actually an "HLN contributor and co-host of the network's Dr. Drew show" and the lawsuit is filled with other references to Drew and also is asking for $25 million.

Check the link for the quotes, which are really insane and while Manziel is a public figure, it's pathetic that someone actually would accept the lawsuit as real. NFL Network is reporting that the person who filed the suit has done it numerous other times with Schacher being used as the alias name and that makes it even worse. The lawsuit is a mess, just like the entire state of Florida.
