Fantasy Football Start or Sit Week 12: Michael Floyd, Miles Austin, Nate Burleson, Keenan Allen, Brandon LaFell and Rod Streater Best WR Picks

The fantasy football schedule is now into week 12 and that is getting closer to the playoffs for owners and as that time comes around, that means teams will be looking for some solid players to snag for the back stretch and some of the top names include Keenan Allen, Tavon Austin, Brandon LaFell, Nate Burleson, Michael Floyd, Jarrett Boykin along with Harry Douglas and Rod Streater.

Allen has quick hands and speed on the outside and he has been solid in the slot as well and after going for eight catches for 128 yards against the redskins, he has made seven catches for just over 80 yards in the past two games and with a solid matchup coming against the Kansas City Chiefs, he could continue to be a top target for Rivers. Allen is a better start in deeper leagues and after dealing with a knee injury last week he was fine in practice and should be a solid start pick.

With Matt McGloin getting the start once again this week for the Oakland Raiders, grabbing Rod Streater is a nice option for fantasy owners and while his stats overall aren't stellar, he has been productive in recent weeks and could continue with McGloin at the helm. Last week Streater had six catches for 84 yards and a very nice touchdown grab and now the team is playing against the Titans and he could have another solid game playing with McGloin, as the two showed a nice connection in the win over the Texans on Sunday and clearly the Raiders liked what the rookie was doing, as he will get another start.

Atlanta Falcons wideout Harry Douglas has been playing very well since Julio Jones went down and he has made the most of his opportunities in the offense. The Falcons have been terrible this season after going 13-3 last year and Douglas now has taken the mantle of the top target for Matt Ryan since both Roddy White and Julio Jones have been banged up and with Jones out for the season. Douglas has been the most consistent target. Douglas has been over 100 yards in three of the past five games and he also has two touchdowns in that span.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Nate Burleson looks like he is ready to get back on the field this weekend and that is great news for fantasy owners, as he had a great start to the season before breaking his arm in a car accident. Burleson comes back at a perfect time for the Lions, as they need to win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to keep pace in the NFC North, as they are now tied with the Chicago Bears in the division. The Lions love to pass the ball and with Calvin Johnson always getting double teamed, it could give Burleson and opportunity to get targets after being out of action since back in September. Burleson practiced with the team this week and that means he likely will play on Sunday against the Bucs.
