Monday Night Football Fantasy Results: Eric Decker, Peyton Manning, Marcel Reece, Demaryius Thomas, Wes Welker Score Points For FF Owners

The Denver Broncos and the Oakland Raiders did battle on Monday night football in Week 3 and the two teams played a solid game fantasy-wise, with names like Peyton Manning, Eric Decker, Julius Thomas, Marcel Reece, Denarius Moore and Ronnie Hillman coming through for their owners.

The Broncos improved to 3-0 this season after the 37-21 victory over the Raiders and they now are looking like the best team in the league after scoring over 37 points in three straight wins, including last week against the Giants and in Week 1 against the Ravens. Peyton Manning has been nothing short of amazing and he had another three touchdowns with over 370 yards passing in the game, while Ronnie Hillman led the Broncos in rushing after being left behind the past couple weeks.

Manning has enough receivers to go around and on this night it was Eric Decker who led the team ahead of Demaryius Thomas, Julius Thomas and Wes Welker, who still had himself a nice game. The Broncos dominated the game in yards with over 500 and time of possession, keeping it for 10 minutes longer than the Raiders and now Oakland is 1-2 on the road after losing two games away from home. The Broncos have already won two road games and their defense played very well against the run on Monday.

The Raiders did not give up any turnovers, but they couldn't capitalize on two fumbles by the Broncos and now the team is farther behind in the division. The Raiders got a solid game from Terrelle Pryor, but he had to leave with a head injury and that could mean trouble ahead for the Raiders going forward after he led the team in passing and rushing. Denarius Moore stepped up with six catches for 124 yards and a touchdown and he could be a prime option for owners going forward.

Peyton Manning went over 300 yards for the third straight game and he has yet to throw an interception and he has had at least two touchdowns in every game this season. He had three on Monday with 374 yards and that came after he went for nine over the first two games of the season. Demaryius Thomas had another solid game and had over 10 targets for the second time this season, making that many catches for nearly 100 yards and that came after he had 11 targets in Week 1 with two touchdowns.

Eric Decker and Wes Welker each had solid games for the Broncos, with Decker leading the way with eight catches on eight targets for 133 yards and a touchdown, his first of the season. Fantasy owners have to be happy about that after he had just 11 catches coming into the game and now he could be getting more involved in the passing game, along with Julius Thomas and it seems that the Broncos have too many weapons to count.

Marcel Reece came through in the passing game for the Raiders, making four catches for 44 yards and a touchdown, although he has not yet been a factor in the running game. The Broncos killed Darren McFadden Monday and Reece has just 15 yards in two games.
