The Aaron Hernandez murder case had some motions denied at the end of last week and now the case will move along to its next stage, as the former New England Patriots tight end will be arraigned in super court in Fall River this Friday at 2 pm.

According to Pro Football Talk, Hernandez will be in superior court after his case moved through the system and the prosecution in the case also asked for a motion against them for misconduct thrown out. The defense said that lawyers tried to mislead a witness, but they denied that claim and said they were not true. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the charges and it being held in county without bail.

The body of Odin Lloyd was found less than a mile from the home of Hernandez shot at least five times and he has been held in the case due to evidence of shell casings, video surveillance and test messages. Hernandez was released by the Patriots the same day he was arrested and he is also being looked at for a connection to a double murder from last July.
