U.S. Open TV Schedule: Channels and Times of All Matches as Nadal, Federer and Serena Highlight Day 1

Wondering where you can watch the 2013 U.S. Open as tennis greatest hit the courts today? We've got you covered as we bring you the TV schedule, with channel coverage and match times of Day 1. The tournament should be a good one as Serena Williams and Andy Murray will put their titles on the line. 

Time: 1 p.m. ET

TV- Channel: ESPN2 

The tournament takes off at 11 a.m. ET, but ESPN won't be on deck to televise the opening matches of the tournament. Meaning, If you are an Agnieszka Radwanska fan, you won't get to see the No. 3 seeded player in Women's Singles live on television. Radwanska will face Silvia Soler-Espinosa of Spain. You can catch her match online via U.S. Open's live stream. 

Also, fans of Na Li will have to settle for the online live stream as the Chinese superstar will take the court of Louis Armstrong Stadium at 11 a.m. ET. She faces Olga Govortsova of Belarus.

Coverage of the U.S. Open will be brought to you by ESPN2 until 11 p.m. ET. That's 10 hours of tennis. In this time, you will surely feast your eyes on top notch talent as some of the game's top ranked players hit the courts throughout the day. Who exactly will be in action? Check out this list. 

Rafael Nadal (2) will immediately hit the court following Kirsten Flipkens match against Venus Williams. Nadal will face American, Ryan Harrison. While Nadal is on the court, if American tennis is your thing, you can follow updates of the Sloane Stephens match taking place at Louis Armstrong Stadium. She faces Mandy Minella of Luxembourg.

Take a break from tennis and watch the U.S. Open 2013 Opening Ceremony following the Nadal match. The ceremony will be sandwiched in between the Spaniard's match and Serena Williams' (1) first round battle against Francesca Schiavone of Italy. Lenny Kravitz will be in charge of the entertainment. 

Also hitting the stage at primetime will be former No. 1 ranked, Roger Federer, who comes into this tournament at the No. 7 seed. Don't mind his bracket positioning, Federer is still dangerous and will go down as one of the game's greats. He will follow Serena's match and will face Grega Zemlja to put a cap on the day's action.
