Aaron Hernandez Baby and Fiance Shayanna Jenkins Mentioned In 156-Page Court Document Surveillance, Sister Shaneah Was Odin Lloyd Girlfriend At Time Of Murder

The court documents involving the Aaron Hernandez murder case that were released on Tuesday had a number of revelations about the murder of Odin Lloyd, including that Hernandez possibly confessed to the shooting to one of his accomplices.

The search warrants and related documents were unsealed by a judge after requests from the media and the report mentions both Shayanna Jenkins and Hernandez's baby as well as plenty of other details that are involved in the case, including when Hernandez was first confronted by police. After the body was discovered, police showed up at his home and started asking him questions, after which he became agitated and then slammed his door on them before giving his lawyer's card.

The report says that Carlos Ortiz stated that another man, Ernest Wallace, told him that Hernandez admitted to the shooting and while that is damning, it likely won't be enough to convict Hernandez at trial. The documents were originally drawn up to justify a search of Wallace's home and now Hernandez has been fingered by at least one person in the shooting.

Hernandez has already been painted as the orchestrator of the murder by the judge at his hail hearing when he was denied release and this is now the most direct connection to the crime. He was tied to the scene by shell casings and other video evidence, including what was found on his home security system after it was taken in by police. The authorities executed eight search warrants for Hernandez, including on his home, cars, uncle's home, pond area near his home and his locker at Gillette Stadium.

Jenkins and Hernandez's baby were mentioned in the report, as Jenkins said the two left the baby at home with a baby sitter and went out for a Father's Day dinner. Afterwards, Jenkins went to bed and said that Hernandez went out, although she didn't know where or with whom. Jenkins said that she saw Lloyd in the days previous to the murder and the report says that she broke down into tears when she heard he was dead.

Jenkins previously spoke to the police and said that she thought Lloyd sold drugs and it also said that she was the one who originally drove Hernandez to the police station to speak with authorities. Jenkins was seen in court twice crying after Hernandez was denied bail and she hasn't been out in public since then.
