New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will remain in jail for the remainder of his trial for the death and murder of Odin Lloyd after his bail was denied again and his girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins was in the courtroom to watch.

Hernandez has an eight month old baby at home and was planning on getting married and while he thought he might get out of jail Thursday, his bail was denied again. He was painted as a cold blooded murderer by the prosecution and the motive as of right now has to do with an incident at a nightclub. Lloyd was dating the sister of Hernandez's fiancé and that is where their connection started.

Here are some pictures of Hernandez and his family and while he will remain in jail for the trial, she will be raising the child on her own. Jenkins looked visibly upset in court and now Hernandez faces possible life in prison for what happened. The evidence in the case is not fully clear, but there are shell casings as well as other evidence, including video and text messages.

Hernandez reportedly returned home soon after gunfire was heard and he was also seen on video with a gun. The state may have a witness working with them in the case and another accomplice was arrested, as Carlos Ortiz was taken in while in Bristol. Hernandez also could be facing more counts, as he is being investigated in connection with a double murder in Boston from last year.
