NFL Draft 2013: Arian Foster Starring In New Kevin Costner Film 'Draft Day', Movie Shooting During Draft Event At Radio City Music Hall With Jon Gruden, Deion Sanders and Mel Kiper

The NFL draft is getting the full Hollywood treatment in 2013, as the new Kevin Costner film "Draft Day" will be filming at the event during the three days it is held in New York City and along with movie stars a number of players will be featured, including Houston Texans running back Arian Foster.

According to NFL.com, KTRK-TV in Houston reported that Foster, who was undrafted himself, will play fictional NFL draft prospect Ray Jennings alongside Costner, who is playing Cleveland Browns general manager Sonny Weaver and spends the day trying to save the team and trade for the number one pick while also dealing with personal issues. Some other NFL players in the film are DeMario Davis, James Brewer, Ramses Barden, Zoltan Mesko and Stephen Hill, while media personalities Rich Eisen, Mike Mayock and Deion Sanders will also be featured.

Foster has past acting experience after appearing on "Hawaii 5-0" and now he will get the chance to be drafted, even if it is fictional. The NFL made a mistake not drafting him, as he is now one of the best running backs in football and has a $43.5 million contract in Houston. The film will shoot over the three days of the draft  at Radio City Music Hall in New York.

The film has a studded cast with Denis Leary, Sean Combs, Ellen Burstyn, Chadwick Boseman, Terry Crews, Rosanna Arquette, Chi McBride and Frank Langella and is directed by Ivan Reitman, known for his work on "Ghostbsters."

From the report: "In the movie, on the day of the NFL Draft, Browns GM Sonny Weaver (Costner) has the opportunity to save football in Cleveland when he trades for the number one pick. He must quickly decide what he's willing to sacrifice in pursuit of perfection as the lines between his personal and professional life become blurred on a life-changing day for a few hundred young men with dreams of playing in the NFL."

Foster even cleaned up, as written on Twitter: "Foster shaved his beard to look younger. The cast is shooting three days while draft is going on. Kevin Costner stars as Browns' GM."
