NFL Mock Draft 2013: First Round Picks With Injury Issues Include Dee Milliner, Matt Barkley, Marcus Lattimore, Dion Jordan, Star Lotulelei and Jarvis Jones

The NFL draft is starting on Thursday and as teams make their finals decisions on picks, many will be looking at the injury report, as a number of players are coming into the event with concerns about injuries, including Matt Barkley, Jarvis Jones and Dee Milliner.

The injuries could force some played to fall down in the first round and it also could affect the trade market, as the Philadelphia Eagles, the Detroit Lions, the Cleveland Browns, the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins have all expressed desire to trade up or down in the first round. Teams in the top 10 will be looking closely at Jarvis Jones, Marcus Lattimore, Milliner and Dion Jordan.

Cornerback D.J. Hayden has quickly been moving up draft boards, but he also has injury concerns, as he almost died last year with a heart issue. So far medical reports say he is fine, but some teams may be weary. Lattimore will get drafted after his devastating knee injury and he has looked much better while working out for scouts and while he will be a long term project it won't stop him from getting drafted.

Barkley injured his shoulder last season and while some teams were concerned, they let that go after his pro day workout was a success. He will be ready for training camp next season. Jordan had some issues in college and then had surgery in February, but he said he will be ready by the summer, while Milliner's concerns are about his shoulder. Reports said he has had five surgeries on his shoulder and he has a rehab schedule heading into camp as well.

Jones had issues with his spine back in college with USC, but he has been cleared by doctors and although it won't completely be gone, some team will draft him. Star Lotulelei had a heart issue and he was also cleared after not being able to work out at the combine.
